The workshop fee of $150 (add $15 if registration
is postmarked after May 24) covers meals, lodging, all programs
and instruction, and a T-shirt. Lodging at Camp Lakeside is dormitory-style.
Air-conditioned sleeping rooms accommodate up to 20 people per
